Being on your feet for 6 hours, well 5.5 with my break, really makes you understand how tiring working is.
Time to watch lost and then to the gym to destroy legs today.

So totally burnt;

Goalie practice in the sun for an hour and a half is so freaking hard. I kid you not. Especially when you’re the only goalie, so your the only one doing drills, which also means no breaks.
I’ve seriously never sweat that much during a practice.
But I’m prettty sure that a lot of the sweat was from the sun, long sleeve shirt and soccer pants, and not to mention spandex.
Oh and I’m in Cali guys so it pretty damn hot.
I’m not complaining, I’m just trying to explain how freakin intense this session was lol.

I wish I went up in weight, but I decreased my time! so that good. This workout has always been incredibly hard for me.

Power Clean improvments make me happy

especially when it’s a 50lb improvment.
Went from cleaning 35lbs 8 weeks ago, to now cleaning 85lbs.

So my first workout today was at crossfit.

FATHER’S DAY WOD
5 pull ups
10 KB swings (25lbs)
15 situps
20 KB cleans (25lbs)

completed 2 rounds and 19 cleans! ARGHHH. so close to 3 rounds.

WOD;

I can’t remember the name of this one:P
So just so you guys know, I’m doing crossfit at my gym with my workout partner. so it’s not a gym meant for crossfit but we do the same thing basically.

4 X 4 TIME
Lunges w/ 25lb plate over head.
(not sure how far but legs are shaking!)
30 box jumps
20 ball squats with press
10 handstand pushups
(modified! we’re working up to it!:)
my total time was 20:45! and I was SWEATING! haha

THEN
we decided not to do cardio today because we we’re beat. but I played soccer for 2 1/2 hours with a bunch of guys. DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST GUY SOCCER PLAYERS ARE? faster than me, but I juked em’ a few times;).
I highly suggest that if you play soccer and you’re a girl that you play with guys, it’ll definitely make a difference.

Only like a 35 min workout but;

I’d have to say it was pretty good for the amount of time that I had. the rents had to pick me up on the way into town so that’s the reason it was cut short.
I’ll be doing a WOD tonight once I figure out what 400 meters is in my neighborhood.
then I’ll need to find a tool box that i can put bricks in or something to do deadlifts with.
