Goalie practice in the sun for an hour and a half is so freaking hard. I kid you not. Especially when you’re the only goalie, so your the only one doing drills, which also means no breaks.
I’ve seriously never sweat that much during a practice.
But I’m prettty sure that a lot of the sweat was from the sun, long sleeve shirt and soccer pants, and not to mention spandex.
Oh and I’m in Cali guys so it pretty damn hot.
I’m not complaining, I’m just trying to explain how freakin intense this session was lol.
