WOD;

I can’t remember the name of this one:P
So just so you guys know, I’m doing crossfit at my gym with my workout partner. so it’s not a gym meant for crossfit but we do the same thing basically.

4 X 4 TIME
Lunges w/ 25lb plate over head.
(not sure how far but legs are shaking!)
30 box jumps
20 ball squats with press
10 handstand pushups
(modified! we’re working up to it!:)
my total time was 20:45! and I was SWEATING! haha

THEN
we decided not to do cardio today because we we’re beat. but I played soccer for 2 1/2 hours with a bunch of guys. DO YOU KNOW HOW FAST GUY SOCCER PLAYERS ARE? faster than me, but I juked em’ a few times;).
I highly suggest that if you play soccer and you’re a girl that you play with guys, it’ll definitely make a difference.
