Only like a 35 min workout but;
I’d have to say it was pretty good for the amount of time that I had. the rents had to pick me up on the way into town so that’s the reason it was cut short.
I’ll be doing a WOD tonight once I figure out what 400 meters is in my neighborhood.
then I’ll need to find a tool box that i can put bricks in or something to do deadlifts with.
